Private Sessions

I am also available for private 1:1 and group sessions.

Private yoga sessions are specifically tailored to your individual needs. If you are working on breaking through with a particular posture, are dealing with an injury, want to focus on a certain area, I can create a plan that caters to these needs. Or perhaps you are new to yoga and want a more guided experience in the comfort of your own space. Whether you are looking for asana (physical postures), prananyama (breathwork) or meditation, we can create a practice that allows you to fully explore the yoga that you need. 

 

Private group sessions are also a great way to practice with friends and family. Whether this is a regular practice or a one off event, booking a private session will ensure the flexibility of time and place.  

 

These sessions will be held at your home or a location of your choice. Additional charges will apply if a space has a hire fee. Please email me directly for more information if you are interested.

This course is designed for those new to the practice of yoga and wanting to start from scratch, or those who wish to take their current practice back to basics. Sessions are held in a friendly and supportive group setting.

 

Have you tried yoga before and thought it wasn't for you? Or perhaps you believe you are not flexible or strong enough, or even young enough?

 

This class is for you!

 

We will cover simple yoga postures, learning alignment, adjustments and modifications and how to move in and out of each posture safely. We will also practice breathwork, relaxation and meditation, learn the benefits of these and cover some Sanskrit along the way!

Each class is 60 minutes. At the end of the course my intention is that you will feel confident enough to participate in regular beginners or all level classes.

Important note: you should be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease

All props provided and no previous yoga experience necessary. Please bring your own mat.
