Yoga classes available to book every week.

Booking will be required to secure your space. Payment required at time of booking to guarantee space.

Classes are available to book two weeks in advance and spaces can fill up early.

Awaken and align the body in these flow sessions. We focus on strength, mobility and flexibility and all postures can be modified to be suitable for all levels.

This course is designed for those new to the practice of yoga and wanting to start from scratch, or those who wish to take their current practice back to basics. Sessions are held in a friendly and supportive group setting.

 

Have you tried yoga before and thought it wasn't for you? Or perhaps you believe you are not flexible or strong enough, or even young enough?

 

This class is for you!

 

We will cover simple yoga postures, learning alignment, adjustments and modifications and how to move in and out of each posture safely. We will also practice breathwork, relaxation and meditation, learn the benefits of these and cover some Sanskrit along the way!

​

Each class is 60 minutes. At the end of the course my intention is that you will feel confident enough to participate in regular beginners or all level classes.

​

Important note: you should be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease

​

All props provided and no previous yoga experience necessary. Mats available to borrow on request.
