Yoga Flow sessions available to book every week.

Classes are available to book two weeks in advance and spaces can fill up early.

Awaken and align the body in these gentle flow sessions. We focus on strength, mobility and flexibility and all postures can be modified to be suitable for all levels.

This course is designed for those new to the practice of yoga and wanting to start from scratch in a friendly and supportive group setting. 

Have you tried yoga before and thought it wasn't for you? Or perhaps you believe you are not flexible or strong enough, or even young enough?

 

This class is for you!

 

We will cover basic yoga postures, breathwork, relaxation and meditation, learn the benefits of these and cover some Sanskrit along the way! Each class is 60 minutes. At the end of the course my intention is that you will feel confident enough to participate in regular beginners or all level classes.

Important note: you should be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease

All mats and props provided and no previous yoga experience necessary.
